Biomechanics, Physical Therapy, and Equestrian Mindfulness Clinic
October 4th, 2026

The Rider Biomechanics & Body Awareness Clinic is designed to help you better understand the most influential piece of your horse’s movement—you. Through individualized riding instruction, we’ll explore how your balance, alignment, posture, breathing, tension, and asymmetries affect your horse and your communication in the saddle.

Riders will also receive guidance from a physical therapy perspective, with practical exercises designed to target areas of weakness, improve mobility, and build greater body awareness.

The day will incorporate elements of breathwork, massage, and rider wellness, creating a whole-body approach to becoming a stronger, more balanced, and more effective partner for your horse. Best of all, a portion of every clinic fee will benefit S2S Equine Rescue, so investing in your own horsemanship helps give horses in need a better future.
