Riding is about so much more than what happens in the saddle. Our strength, mobility, balance, asymmetries, tension, breathing, and even our mental state can all influence the way we communicate with our horses.
The Rider Biomechanics & Wellness Clinic is designed to take a whole-rider approach to improving your riding. Throughout the day, participants will have the opportunity to explore how their bodies move, identify areas of strength and weakness, and leave with practical tools they can continue using long after the clinic is over.
